Shipping Charges

Please contact Climb Society for any shipments to any location outside of the contiguous United States including: Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii as additional charges will apply.

Products are shipped F.O.B. shipping point with freight costs and handling fees pre-paid by Climb Society and charged to the customer. C.O.D. shipments are not permitted. Any extra charges incurred for additional services, such as customer’s carrier, lift gate charges, residential charges or special handling by the carrier, must be paid by the customer. It is the customers’ responsibility to have proper unloading capabilities to handle the equipment and may require pallet jacks, loading docks, etc. Title and risk of loss will pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If product is damaged in transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. In addition, if freight is damaged upon receipt; it is the customer’s responsibility to properly note on shipping document all of the damage and to give a copy to the driver.

It is customer’s responsibility to inspect and note damage to product with the equipment shipping company prior to accepting any shipment. This should be done by providing the driver with signed documentation noting the damage.

Shipping Options
• Most equipment orders will ship via LTL carrier or dedicated.
• Large volume equipment orders will ship via FTL carrier.
• Please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery of most items.
• Any location outside of the contiguous United States including: Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii – Please contact Climb Society for a shipping quote.
